Instead of focusing on the issue of change, genealogy relentlessly pursues the diverse entites, the multiple fields, that come together in paticular constituting moment within a collective. These moments of constitution or, better still, delegation (Latour 1999, 187) are what act as nodes within any genealogical network in spacetime.
