Sir Thomas Bertram from Mansfield Park: both are the wealthy uncle of the female protagonist, and both characters are somewhat authoritarian in their rule, whether over the Bertram family or the city of Thebes, before a series of disasters shows them the error of their ways. Luckily for Sir Thomas, he has time to right the wrongs he has caused, while Creon does not.
King Hubert from Sleeping Beauty: They are both somewhat arrogant rulers, and both become blustered and argumentative when their sons disobey them. They differ in that one is a bumbling cartoon character.
Cornelius Fudge from Harry Potter: They are both arrogant rulers who don't listen who become paranoid about their position of power as time progresses. Both also initially ignore helpful knowledge (Voldemort's return, Tiresias' prophecy), assuming they are merely ploys to undermine their authority. However, both characters are good at their core.
