(Doc Ross' Dialogue)

3 X 30 minute dialogues Project

Interlocutors: (1) Friend of roughly same age; (2) Older family member (parent, etc.); (3) Teacher-mentor figure

What you will need: (1) Ipod recorder (which you test beforehand); (2) large sheet of paper; (3) two pens; (4) quiet and collaborative space; (5) like Socrates, the spirit of the midwife who helps to bring new ideas into the world

Restarters: (1) News and current events (e.g. top five hits from Google news); (2) going for the personal story or connection; (3) Defining the terms of your dictionary entry

After recording, transcribe and provide a brief, "wiki-length" journal of what you think happened in each of your dialogues.
