ScheduleI suppose I'm interested in modes of experience, and how these become inscribed upon the things that surround us. Mementoes, monuments, tools, artifacts, etc.
Warfare and trauma, in particular, fascinate me, partly because they explode our ordinary modes of experience -- instead, we seem to be faced with lacunae, liminality, heightened/diminshed sensory perceptions, hyperemotional states, all jumbled in crazy different ways and all somehow connected to the things we bring back and the things we leave behind.
