+ New Version 2.0 Release!
+ Version 2.0 Updates:
- New, expanded world. The new world is based off the old one, but has many more rooms (about 50) and songs (about 12), including several "forced" and "hidden" rooms (see below).
- The rooms datafiles were converted to XML, for better readability and writeability. And, so I could use the built-in Java XML parser.
- Added: The concept of "forced" room changes. This allows a MusicWalk author to immediately force the player, upon entry into a room/area, into yet another room/area (the author can specify an optional amount of time for which to pause). This feature is used for some of the pre-room-entry comments (e.g. "You awake.")
- Added: "Hidden" directions. These are directions that won't be displayed on the "Directions To Go:" list. This allows for hidden rooms.
+ Added news archives, program archives
+ Added a brief section on agency and experientiality to the What Is Music Walk? explanation
+ Wrote and added the World Guide, complete with explanations of some of my specific memory-song associations
