Maureen is the Program Manager for this 50-Year Science & Technology Scan for the UK's Office of Science & Technology Horizon Scanning Centre. She is also the program manager for IFTF's Technology Horizons Program, and has been deeply involved in the management and production of IFTF's annual Ten-Year Forecast report for the last six years.

Maureen has a B.S. in social sciences from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and studied geography at the University of Bradford (United Kingdom).
